Each Text-to-Win program can contain a single 138 character static MT in response to an MO.		Each Text-to-Win program can have 1 MT blast to an opt-in list hosted within Campaign Manager per week.		Each Text-to-Win program can have 1 MT blast to a list of mobile phone numbers provided by the customer. Address lists must contain only phone numbers (of the format 1234567890, (123)-456-7890 or 123-456-7890 delimited by line feeds). Sample is provided.

Additional Details

• Customer can request the list of numbers no more than 4x a month.
• Air2Web will provide text (.txt) file with the mobile numbers listed. By default,
• Air2Web will send the list of entrants to the customer on a weekly basis.
• No limit to how many times a participant can enter.
• Customer is responsible for picking the winner.
• Customer is responsible for notifying the winner. This can be a text message sent through Air2Web.
• Customer is required to maintain a ‘free-mode-of-entry’ method for the contest. This is usually via a web site. Both the mobile and ‘free-mode of-entry’ entrants must have an equal chance of winning.
• Customer is required to provide all contest Terms and Conditions. T&Cs must be made available via a customer hosted web page.
• Customer must indemnify Air2Web for all liabilities pursuant to the contest.
  Customer must give Air2Web a single, defined date/time to open and close the contest.
• English language and character set only.
• Consumers can reply to message with “(keyword) Y” to opt-in for future promotions.
